1 PINT can
Served in a becker glass
This beer pours a golden hue with a slight haze to it. It is topped with a few inches of beige head that leaves rocky lacing.
It has a classic citrus and resin aroma.
Juicy citrus to begin followed by grapefruit with a pine finish and a bit of lingering bitterness
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Good, classic Ohio IPA. It's fun to mix some bitterness in IPAs every now and then.

I did not know whether to make a new entry or rate using one of the previous one... because this is an annual series of same-named beers made with different hops. Not the first time I have come across a similar quandry - sometimes they're separate, sometimes they're listed together. The previous two iterations were separate, so I went with it. Can't ever recall the rules enough anyway.
Pint can poured into a pint. It looks like your prototypical American IPA - pale golden yellow, opaque with a thick, frothy white head. Strong arome of pine and hops to go along with it. On first taste, this has a soft, mellow quality to it before the gentle piney bitterness rolls in. It's very easy to drink but is not presenting any fruity notes. Which is fine with me! There is an herbal quality along with a slight earthiness to it. Soft, sort of fluffy. Quite smooth.
Seems like this is the kind of WCIPA I have been encountering a lot lately - hops over fruit. May not knock your socks off, but serves as a steadfast example of style by a dependable brewer.
