I pick up a bottle every time I see it- continues to impress. Aromas are immediately distinct, both funky yet refined, a cooling sensation, citrus, earthy, bitter. Drinks light and crispy, touch of tart, bitter, bright citrus with medium body, the effect of juicy farmhouse ale. Exciting stuff!

375 mL cork and cage bottle, pours a pale, clear straw until the unfiltered yeasts cloud things up on the last few ounces. Musty, a strong funk with some orange, lemon and hay contrasts. More citrus than expected on the palate, but it provides a nice balance to the sweat and ammonia. Lightly tart with modest oak character. Haven't had a very good saison in a while, so this was refreshing.
