From the interesting can, it pours a clear yellow-gold color with a modest white head. In the nose, it is grain and bit of citrus. In the mouth, it is clean and fresh tasting of grains and citrus. Nice!

Look is that of a typical pilsner. Yellow with a thin lacy head.
Smell is slightly hoppy.
Taste is really interesting, at first it tastes like a typical pilsner, but then there is this sweetness that comes on. Almost citrus like, but hard to identify.
Feel is refreshing and light.
Overall I liked it, it’s definitely a surprise.

T: follows the nose with moderate bitterness on the finish;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate to high carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: good, but there are better options;

Canned on 6/8/18
Pours a translucent hazy straw with a massive, thick, soapy, white head; incredible longevity with plenty of thick lacing clinging tightly to the sides.
Aromas of rounded hay strike first, with a delicate malty sweetness sneaking in as notes of barn, wood, light yeast, orange peel, and raw, fresh grass build; a bit of hay wrapped in a thin veil of florality is present as well; a good, clean pilsner bouquet.
Taste brings notes of fresh hay and a fair bit of barn wood; there’s also a subtle hop character that brings about some prickly herbal tones, orange zest, and a soft florality; nicely-rounded profile that’s clean but not without character.
Mouthfeel is supremely crisp and wonderfully delicate; the body feels relatively light, but some well-balanced carbing evens things to a point where even the hoppy characteristics are noted but so clean.
Overall an extremely clean and easy-drinking pilsner; a good, subtle character that doesn’t overwhelm but holds its ground. Even at 3.5 months, this beer drinks very nicely, definitely making me curious to get a taste of this profile when fresher.
