Pours a dark tawny copper color with a thin short lived off white head. Spicy pepper and earthy spice on the nose with bits of tasty malt. Flavor is spicy earthy pepper and clove atop bready toasty malt. The heat comes in the finish and lingers building to medium level of hot on the back of the throat.Nicely done.

Dark Saison, brilliant clarity moderate carbonation. Expected a lot of heat from ghost pepper and jalapeño, but was pleasantly surprised by a great pepper aroma and flavor with mild heat. Finish is dry as expected leaving me wanting more. Just awsome.
