West Coast Double IPA hopped with Nelson, Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe. It’s dank and fruity, bright and citrusy, and dangerously drinkable. It’s a freakin modern-day hodgepodge of some of our favorite hops. With the flavors and aromas pointing you in all directions, it leaves you betting for the next sip. Our staff has already depleted their stock, so be WARNED, your neighbor will do the same.

Grabbed a bunch of There Does Not Exist and Burgeon beers, and a few others on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Untappd’s description called this one “West Coast Double IPA hopped with Nelson, Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe. Poured a medium yellow clear color with three fingers of rocky white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom and sides of the glass, faster from the bottom. Almost perfect foamy layered lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Nelson, Mosaic and Simcoe, with a little bit of Citra. Also papaya, rose blossom, tangerine rind, pine, wet grass and lime. Better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got Nelson, Simcoe, Mosaic, papaya, rose blossom, pine, tangerine rind, Citra, wet grass, lime and lingering black pepper. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was outstanding overall. I’d have it again. (Overall - 4.00)

Had from can June 2018
Possibly the best version of the hazy DIPA I can recall having; pours deep orange; taste is chewy funky cheese rind mingled with tropical and citrus juiciness; just awesome!
