Pours a clear golden color with plenty of foam in the Bacchus nonic. Very aromatic with melon and citrus. Flavors are so clean and fruity. Moderately sweet with the honeydew notes playing with the malt. Light and bright with a long-lasting pineapple finish.
I can't get enough of these "Keep it..." brews. I don't know how they showcase the best qualities of the hops, but they don't overdo the dosage. In any case this one is delicious. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. No date, apparently, on this one.

Had been looking forward to this one and was excited to see it in stores for the first time. Big fan of Burgeon (4.10 average rating for my first 14 reviews by them). Untappd had it as, “Single Hopped West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe and Simcoe cryo!” Simcoe probably only trails Mosaic for me as my favorite hop, so was looking forward to it. Generally a big fan of single-hop beers just to pick out the characteristics, but more of a 2-to-3-hop fan. Anyway, here we go.
Poured a medium yellow-to-gold clear color with four fingers of rocky white head. Tons of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass at different speeds, but mostly fast. Excellent foamy lacing. Perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Simcoe (no shit?), black pepper, onion, garlic, cat piss, herbal, pine needle, grapefruit, lime and lemon zest. More of the same from the can with Simcoe and earthy malt leading the way. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted Simcoe (you serious, Clark?), black pepper, onion, garlic, cat piss, bitter pine needle, resin, herbal, lime, lemon zest, grapefruit peel, melon and pineapple. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Bitter finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just a tremendous single-hop beer. I have it higher than Alpine’s Singled-Out Simcoe from April 2017, but would love to compare now. (Overall - 4.25)
