A symphony of passionfruit, peach, guava, and mango greet you when you crack open a can of our newest IPA hopped with Citra, Sabro, & Cashmere hops and juiced up with dragonfruit + pink guava. Pineapple and citrus notes on the palate are followed by a slightly sweet finish from the addition of milk sugar. **Contains Lactose**

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: Milkshake IPA
Glass: Pure Project 14-oz. snifter elemental (earth) glass
Price: $5.69
From: Windmill Farms in Del Cerro (San Diego), Calif.
Purchased: Dec. 15, 2021
Consumed: Jan. 1, 2022
Misc.: Canned on Nov. 30, 2021
Went to Windmill Farms for a sandwich and told myself I was going to casually look at beers and grab a few if it made sense. Well, I came back with a 4-pack of Barrel-Aged Ten Fidy and nine singles, including one of these. Bine & Vine’s website calls it “A symphony of passionfruit, peach, guava, and mango greet you when you crack open a can of our newest IPA hopped with Citra, Sabro, & Cashmere hops and juiced up with dragonfruit + pink guava. Pineapple and citrus notes on the palate are followed by a slightly sweet finish from the addition of milk sugar. **Contains Lactose**” Was debating about calling this a New England IPA, Fruit & Field Beer or Milkshake IPA, but decided on the latter.
Poured a copper/garnet color with four fingers of rocky off-white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up the sides of the glass. Perfect layered foamy lacing. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled passion fruit, pink guava, pink lemonade, mango, peach, dragon fruit, red grapefruit, pineapple and lime. A little better out of the can. Couldn’t specifically pick out the mentioned hops. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose. Not sure I need a whole can of this (like I had). In order got dragon fruit, passion fruit, pink guava, pink lemonade, red grapefruit, mango, peach, pineapple, lime and vanilla. For mentioned hops I could see Citra and Cashmere being a part of this but lesser Sabro. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
This was pretty damn good. No need to have more than a taster next time. (Overall - 4.00)
