Headed over the Windmill Farms to see what new stuff they had and came across this one that I had been waiting for. Untappd called it a “Hazy IPA hopped w/Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata & Motueka.”
Poured a medium yellow-to-light golden hazy color with three fingers of frothy white head. Just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Really liked the smell right away. Got big Citra, grapefruit, pine, Strata, passion fruit, hints of strawberry, rose blossom, mango and some coconut. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. Got Citra, Strata, grapefruit, passion fruit, pine, mango, rose blossom, hints of strawberry, light coconut and some lingering spice. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Really liked this one. Such a good beer. (Overall - 4.25)
