#Push4Pales
Grabbed a can of this and a bunch of other stuff on a trip to Windmill Farms. Burgeon’s website called this “We’ve been working hard to find the perfect blend of hops for our new #Push4Pales beer series & this version of Hand Selected is sure to please. Poured a medium yellow clear color with four fingers of rocky white head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at a fairly quick pace. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled dank pine, resin, Amarillo, orange rind, tangerine, Citra, grapefruit pith, black pepper, mixed berry and mango. Just as good from the can with the addition of dish soap and earthy malt. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got dank pine, resin, Amarillo, orange rind, tangerine, black pepper, grapefruit pitch, Citra, lemon zest, mixed berry, mango, earthy malt and bitter dish soap. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, dank finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Another tasty pale ale from Burgeon. (Overall - 4.25)
