Went to Windmill Farms and came away with nine solo cans, and two 6-packs. Bine & Vine’s website called it “Welcome to Floatville! Where the beers are always flowin’, the river’s always goin’, & the vibes are always growin’. We are so stoked to be releasing our collaboration with our friends Kern River Brewing, we stacked this brew with a wave of Nectaron, Citra, & Strata to send you right down the collaboration river to Floatville.”
Poured a medium yellow clear color with three fingers of white frothy head. Could seen plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides and bottom of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled dank resin, weed, pine, Strata, Nectaron, peach, Citra late, grapefruit, strawberry, melon and earthy pilsner malt. Just as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Did not taste as good but still outstanding. In order got dank resin, weed, pine, black pepper, Strata, Nectaron, peach, Citra, grapefruit, strawberry, melon, garlic, onion and earthy pilsner malt. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Earthy, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Another outstanding effort from Burgeon (and Kern River). (Overall - 4.00)
