375 ml bottle, vintage 2021, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid and mild spices, some yeasty notes, fruity hints. The flavour is medium sour and citric, quite refreshing, low bitterness.

Light, airy, delicate, flexible, “not too much going on here, but a lot to like about that”, refreshing, not sour at all but with a tinge of tart, accessible, etc.
Deya could can this beer and probably sell more of it, but as an American, I’ve seen it done time and time again. Please don’t do it! I drank it out of a wine glass and would do it again, but not if it came from a four pack at half the price. Don’t mainstream it. Keep it right where it is. Amp up the ABV next year a bit, then down again, add an minor herbal ingredient next year, and then something different the following year. Play with it year after year. Great frigging beer!
