2/9/24 On tap at the brewery in Harrisburg on Derry St.
Beautiful look, color and head.
Aroma was amazing. Cinnamon, cocoa, and jalapeno spice come right through!
Now for the taste.... The spice comes across as WAY to overwhelming. It shocks your senses so much that any other flavors get scared away from your senses. This is a complex beer that could be good, but the spice just, well, like I said, overwhelms.

500 ml bottle
pours jet black, thick foamy tan colored head that fades. aroma has more of the cocoa, cinnamon and coffee. the taste is all roasted malts and slow burn heat. serious heat. medium bodied.
I like spicy food and this is at my limit for how spicy I'd want a beer. slow sipper for sure.

Pours a deep dark mahogany bordering black with a coffee colored head.
Smells of coffee, roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, peppers.
Taste is bitter coffee and chocolate giving way to a quick hit of caramel malt before flaming into the heat of cinnamon and habernero.
