From the half liter bottle, this "mehrkorn" bier, containing barley, wheat, oats, smoke, spelt and rye malts, pours a clear caramel colored amber with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a nice ring. The nose gets an overwhelming number of scents - smoke, roasted malt, etc, which is followed by the mouth getting overwhelmed by flavors as well. Wow - and all in the name of Freedom! 25 euro cents of each bottle go to support Ukraine.
