Described by the brewery as a “Cherry Smoked Sour”.
Looks like fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice - huge amount of pulp(?) in suspension.
Smells equally of tart cherry and smoke.
Tastes incredibly tart at first but with a slightly sweet finish. The smoke flavor is minimal but adds a nice touch.
The feel of the beer is a little heavy due to the amount of fruit in it.
Overall, a nice sour cherry ale, but I would have liked a little more smoke presence.
