I Do Saison is fruited French-style saison that was crafted by our assistant brewer in honor of his pending nuptuals! Citra and amarillo hops and nutmeg were added to the boil and then dry hopped with additional strawberry puree and cherry. It has the classic saison yeast aroma which is followed by waves of sweet strawberry and tart cherry.
