Had this Helles Lager poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 06/25/2021," and "KRISPI BOY," into pilsner glass.
Pours pale gold with clarity and 1- to 2-finger, foamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving slender rings of lace down the glass. Aromas of sweet mild malt, mild noble hop spice and a bit of tart and sweet stone fruits. Begins sweet and fruity, and full-bodied with a little carbonation support, over mild bready malt, before a crisp, slightly fruity finish.
Balanced, subtle Helles.
