Had Joose Caboose poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 06/25/21" and "GET JOOSED," into tulip pint.
Pours medium gold with moderate haze and huge off-white head, with excellent retention, leaving splotchy rings of Belgian lace down the glass. Very juicy aromas of both sweet and sharp fruit off the pour, which slowly fade into resonant stone fruit aromas. Begins with carbonation bite, followed by a little resin, then big sweet and sharp citrus, and a crisp finish which shows off the late-arriving sweet and tart stone fruits.
Showy and aromatic from the pour, this beer rewards sipping and pondering, as it slowly reveals ever more fruit varieties, ending on a rather (unfortunately) tart note.
