Look:
Pours a lovely translucent pale straw yellow color with a generous one and a half finger head of fine satin white foam. Laces the glass exceptionally well.
Aroma:
Light nose to this. Mild bitter, herbal grassyness and sweet white bread.
Taste:
Slight noble hop spice, along the lines of parsley and mild sage. Goes sweet with crackery, soda bread like flavors of malted grain. Finish is clean with a refreshing red apple skin like fruitiness.
Feel:
Light and crisp. Light weight moderate carbonation.
Overall:
Really fantastic. Super easy drinking and approachable czech lager.
