Great fresh, traditional saison. It really reminds me of Foret saison in it's style and taste, but it shakes the horse blanket that Foret has at the end. The beer is available only at the brewery. It pours a hazy, non-filtered blonde with a slight foamy head. There is a flowery nose to it mixed in with that yeast barnyard smell. It is definitely the wild yeast that presents itself in the nose. The palate presents the slight sour of the saison and finishes with an almost lemongrass finish. I've had many saisons and this one nails the style completely. No over the top alchohol to it, just a fresh farmhouse ale ready to be enjoyed.
