Rich, mind-filling meltdown of yeast-filled dreams. This is described as a "hoppy Saison" with the addition of Citra and Mosaic. Clear golden amber in the tulip glass.
Serious Belgian weirdness after a brief flirtation with sweet malt. Very scratchy, grainy, and bitter with hops. I wouldn't say the hops give it much pleasure. This is about the extremes, a harsh mistress. Aromatic like the medicine chest. On tap at the brewery tasting room in San Clemente.
