draft taster straight from the brewery (#4 of 5 in my flight)
A: clear, golden amber body and a bubbly cream colored head with low retention
S: bitter red apple, dark fruit, raisin bready thick malt sweetness, pine hops
T: follows the nose accordingly. red apple, dark fruit tinges into raisin bread thick and slightly sweet caramel malt, and a dry bitter hop bite to finish it off
F: med-low carbonation, medium-light body. dry, crisp finish
Overall (personal opinion):
label under: bass ipa, plus bonus features. delightful, humbly complicated, and rewarding.

Well balanced malt & hop dynamic. No flavor notes stand out, in contrast to this style’s American cousins.
