12oz draft
Pours a finger of white head into a tulip. Retention is decent. Lacing is good. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear, with no nucleation. Looks nice.
Nose is very dry, light clove, some pepper. Smells nice.
Flavor is light until it warms. Clove, slightly musty yeast character develops into pleasant notes of pepper with time.
Carbonation is medium. Body is medium. Bitterness is medium. Noticeably dry until it warms. Overall a solid mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good.
Overall an enjoyable beer, temperature seems to be very important here.

Average saison. Tart and grassy. Nothing to complain about, but nothing stands out.
