750 ml corked & caged bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9%. Hazy pale greenish-yellow colour, small white head. Distinct aroma of passion fruit, lemon and lime, also hints of juniper berries and mint. Citrussy and medium sweet flavour, also passion fruit, sea buckthorn berries, juniper berries and mint. I haven’t had the cocktail Kyoto, but the beer inspired by it does not blow my socks off. Still fairly refreshing - even dangerously refreshing for its 9%.
