16 FLUID OUNCE can
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours amber and hazy. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves decent lacing.
Kind of a sweet smell at first followed by some citrus aromas.
A little dank upfront. Citrus. Grapefruit finish.
Medium bodied with smooth mouthfeel
Solid IPA

Pours almost clear, light straw (SRM 2-3). One and a half inches of foamy head slowly fades to a thick blanket, leaving a coating of white pancake batter on the inside of a double-walled pint glass.
It smells like mild grapefruit and orange combined. There may be some papaya, which is nice, but there is no standout or special component.
Light bitterness opens with mild citrus. What fruit there is adds faint sweetness. It has a long finish that starts subtle and builds to a strong astringency.
Has a medium body and the texture of Jersey cotton. The alcohol and light carbonation are both below expectations.
While this is easy drinking and refreshing as a pleasant summer beer, I suspect it's not what Elsa had in mind. It would fare well during a tailgate party. Thanks to Dave for this one.
