For me, the taste shifts wildly-- I like that kinda thing. The coconut takes a second to hit, and it has kind of roasted taste which compliments it really well. The after taste has maple & nutty hints along with some of the coconut. Would recommend. The can has some cool mad Max sort of art to boot.
