Thanks, Chad!
Got this and some other goodies from Chad. Have generally enjoyed beer from these guys, so was looking forward to this one. Can description had a bunch of BS, but nothing related to the hops or ingredients. Was going into this one blind.
Poured a golden hazy color with three fingers of frothy-to-rocky white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Excellent foamy uneven lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled peach, guava, floral, tangerine, orange creamsicle, pineapple, grapefruit, mango and papaya. If I had to guess hops from the smell, I would guess Amarillo, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. Probably 0-for-3 there. All flavors enhanced from the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted better than the smell. Got guava, peach, floral, orange creamsicle, tangerine pulp, pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, mango and lingering spice on the lips. A little confused on the hops, but would guess Mosaic, Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria still. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Abrupt, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Very good overall, closer to outstanding. Couldn’t quite pull the 4 though. (Overall - 3.75)

Appearance - Pours hazy and light orange in color with a white, finger width head. Fair retention results in a thin, broken layer of suds with a fair ring around the edge of the glass. Fair lacing, with some patches, broken lines and small spotting.
Smell - Sweet, juicy grapefruit, hint of orange, melon, and a faint trace of grape.
Taste - White fruit galore. Juicy white grapefruit is the prominent flavor here, with some white grape must, melon and a touch of nectarine. Finish is a nice blend of the fruitiness, with just a faint trace of pith bitterness to bring some balance.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, very smooth drinker before a slightly crisp and refreshing finish.
Overall - I'm loving this Lead Dog hazy. I will be buying this as often as it gets released.

To me it just tasted like an average hazy ipa. Not really impressed or disappointed.
