A: The beer is very yellow in color and has some reddish hues. It poured with just a thin white collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour oak are present in the nose along with hints of cherries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of sour oak along with a bit stronger notes of sour cherries, the latter of which linger into the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the sour flavors of oak and cherries in this saison.

A: Pours a lightly cloudy medium golden peach in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate apricot + pale golden yellow + bright yellow + ruby red colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy soapy off-white head that quickly reduces to a handful of small patches of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of tart/sour cherries over the top of moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat + cracker malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lemon citrus lactic tartness and a light amount of earthy hay-like funkiness and hints of oak.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat + cracker malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lemon citrus lactic tartness and a light flavor of earthy hay-like funkiness and hints of oak. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of tart/sour cherries. Moderate amounts of lingering tartness.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly stronger than moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly acidic mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a decent amount of complexity to the flavor and aroma.
