Appearance - Pours a hazy yellow with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - brett yeast, clove, banana, lemon, custard aromas, spicy earthy and floral hops, and biscuity malts.
Taste - brett yeast, clove, banana, lemon, and hint of custard aromas upfront. The spicy earth and floral hops come through next. The biscuity malts round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly tart with the brett yeast and lemon lingering.
Overall - An easy drinking saison that delivers on the brett yeast and sourness. Other than that, I wish some more of the elements of a saison were in this one. Still, a respectable brew.

Its muddled peachy hay yellow body is capped by a finger's worth of fluffy white head.
Twangy, tangy, and bright. Lots of lemon meringue and lemon peel. There's a vibrant herbal quality that's almost minty. The lacto and Brett add a lively tartness that really accentuates all things citrus.
It's much more herbal, grassy, and rustic in flavor. Its fresh lemon quality blends in well. Hay, biscuit, and an earthy rye spice. Brett funk sneaks in some pucker and pull near the end. More tart than bitter but both qualities are reserved and proper.
A real quaffer of a Saison. It's on the lighter end of the spectrum in terms of weight and alcohol and I'm liking it. Tingly carbonation leads to a zingy, bitter finish.
Lots of stuff is packed into this 4.9% Saison. It's bright, it's rustic, it's tangy, and it's very easy to drink.
