Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - belgian yeast, clove, coriander, rye, bready malts, and spicy peppery, floral, and earthy hops.
Taste - belgian yeast, funk, clove, coriander, rye, and sea salt (tartness) upfront. The, bready malts and spicy peppery, floral, and earthy hops finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes a tad sticky with the funk and the spices lingering.
Overall - An approachable Saison that delivers on taste and flavour. Some minor adjustments to this would make it a stand out but nonetheless an enjoyable and sessionable saison.
