Foedre aged grisette with damson plums.
Appearance - Pours a hazy deep amber with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, floral, and spicy hops, vinous aromas, plums, bready and wheaty malts, and spicy yeast.
Taste - earthy, floral, and spicy hops upfront. The plum, vinous aromas, bready and wheaty malts follow suit. The spicy yeast finishes the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sticky with the plum lingering.
Overall - A pleasant saison brewed with damson plums. I'm not sure what this type of plum tastes like but still a highly flavourful and enjoyable brew.
