2018 Moment is very dark, almost black in the glass, but it has a surprisingly light body. It’s brewed with Czech hops, which give it a nice balance and aroma. The malt flavor comes through with suggestions of toasted bread, chocolate and dark fruit.

L: brilliant amber to chestnut under a thin, frothy 1/2" light tan cap that dissipates rapidly
S: Mild earthy, herbal hop aromas balance nicely with mild roast and grain hinting at chocolate, bread crust and fruit
T: Debittered roast flavors lightly laced with chocolate, coffee, fresh bread crust, biscuit, and fruit blend with mild spicy, herbal hop flavors
F: body is medium light and the beer is highly carbonated
O: a big, full flavored beer with a little too much carbonation but still very drinkable and refreshing

From a 16oz can:
Appearance: Clear brown, good head.
Smell: Roasty, hint of fruit.
Taste: Toasty, bready with some rye spiciness, light body and feel, finishes a little earthy.
Overall: Wanted a darker beer from a local brewery so gave this dark lager a try. Pretty good stuff...I'm not usually a dark lager/brown ale drinker but this was a nice changeup from my normal high hop beers. Interesting bready-spicy notes to it.

Poured from 16oz can into glass. Bottom of can is stamped 'CANNED ON 02/15/18 14:11:32'.
Clear, deep brown colored body, with some mahogany highlights. Creamy, light tan one finger head settles to cap. Good coverage of lacing.
Aroma of malty bread and chocolate.
Taste of roasted malt (very much like dark bread), a little bit of chocolate, a little bit of dark fruit, and some bright, floral hops. Just the slightly hint of bitterness at the end.
Medium, creamy mouth feel. Smooth.
A very good dark beer that is not very bitter, but has lots of earthy, dark taste aspects, and easy to drink.

Dark brown with a red tint. A dense head forms and has good retention. Aroma that is toasted and nutty. Flavor likewise is nutty with a herbal hoppy bitterness in the finish. Light body with lively carbonation. Easy drinking dark lager. Very enjoyable.
