From the can: Overfruited sour ale with strawberry puree, vanilla, and marshmallow.
Look: Chunky, thick, creamy, and pink. Has macerated strawberries in solution.
Smells like tart/under-ripe strawberries.
Tart with a strawberry cake flavor that is finished by tart strawberries. The marshmallow makes it feel really full and big.
It's a little furry on the tongue due to the strawberry puree.
Overall, a great spring beer for sitting on the patio. Makes me think of warm spring day picnics and strawberry poke cake.
