Served via a hand pump, although I don't believe it is truly cask conditioned. It pours a beautiful golden amber with a creamy head via the beer engine sparkler. The aroma of floral hops is predominant, but there is also a nice malt backdrop. The flavor is well-balanced and delicious, with a generous malty base followed by a nice hop bite in the finish. An excellent beer all around.
