Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Green Session. Aroma has yeast funk, light fruit yogurt notes, tart and woody overall. Taste is woody, dry, a bit buttery, sour, fruity, astringent and acidic with some berry seed flavor.
