Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Gold Session. Murky brownish color. Aroma has plum puree, fermented fruits and damp wood barrel notes. Taste is tart with lots of toasted almond and fresh wood barrel. Balanced, not very acidic, dry finish.
