As my first Horus beer, I had big expectations, and this did not disappoint. The adjuncts blended really well today with nothing overpowering or overtaking the beer. Quite enjoyable.

This is my first Horus Ages Ales.. I set extremely high expectations going in. The drops are limited edition by nature - barrel aged, exclusive - you've gotta be local to pick it up, and these bottles aren't cheap - $30-40 for a bomber. When you miss a drop, sorry, better luck next time.

These are hyped up.. and there's some major FOMO when you don't land a drop, I missed about 3 before I nabbed Millenialistic.

This beer is THICK. I'm drinking an extremely smooth, high abv, milkshake. It's unlike anything I've had in the past, and that puts it into unknown territory. One sip is all it took to completely assuage any doubts I had or buyers remorse. This is a damn good drink.

Appearance.. it's dark.
Smell.. think smores, toasted marshmallow, coconut
Taste.. chocolatey marshmallowey goodness
Feel.. milkshake vibes

Overall.. to quote a certain movie..

I used to wonder about that myself. Thought it was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. A magical power holding together good and evil, the dark side and the light? Crazy thing is, it’s true. The Force, the Jedi — all of it. It’s all true.
