Dark ruby brown pour, beige head.
Loads of fruit on the nose; raisin, cherry, brown sugar. A touch metallic on the bloom, but settles with a nice umami component.
Flavors open up with burnt caramel, charred oak staves, chocolate covered cherries, vanilla bean, raisin. Great complexity.
Great medium-full viscosity. Finishes with a very mild bitterness and subtle warmth. Amazing smoothness for the gravity. Warmth lingers.
