Look - Pours a solid pitch black color with absolutely no head.
Smell - Grape brandy and malt. I like the smell slightly more than their Infest the Apple Nest.
Taste - Grape brandy and malt. Though very simple, it's not at all too much brandy; it's an exceptionally well balanced stout that tastes surprisingly good to me.
Feel - Wow, this is exceptionally smooth and creamy. So easy to drink, especially for a 14.8%ABV stout!
Overall - This really took me by surprise. I'm not a huge brandy fan, but this wasn't overly done with brandy; it had the perfect amount balanced with the stout's natural flavors.
