Look - Pours a solid black color with a small brown head that disappears in about 30 seconds except a ring around the side of the glass.
Smell - A very interesting malt scent (I guess the crystal malt) with a little bourbon. I find the smell a bit more intense than regular malt, though both are good.
Taste - Malt, and bourbon. The crystal malt is stronger tasting to me than regular malt, though again, I like both malts.
Feel - Light bourbon, smooth, though the crystal malt flavor leaves a slight aftertaste.
Overall - A very interesting malt flavor, but I didn't find it better or worse than more traditional malt.
