“521913-I-03” is an Imperial Stout coming in at 14.2% ABV aged in a very special Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrel for 34 months. The name represents the serial number on the barrel and a fill date code. This is my second of four of these non-adjunct Stouts to come out of these very rare single barrel Willett Bourbon barrels I got from Ethan at Midwest back in March 2022
