Poured from a can, looks good and golden with good head retention.
The beer has an impressive earthy corn aroma, my favorite part of the beer. The taste is equally strong. A citrusy start with a strong malty corn flake finish. Good mouthfeel. Pleasantly surprised.
A very good interpretation of a Mexican lager with a strong flavor and aromatic profile... like corn flakes in a can.
Great job.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a very hazed golden-yellow color with a small head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time to leave lots of streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a grainy and lime smell mixed with bits of yeast and some caramel. Along with these smells comes a little bit of hay and bread and a touch of harvest fruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready malt flavor mixed with some caramel and some citrus of lime and orange. As the taste advances some graininess joins in, along with some yeast and hay. At the end, the flavors crisp up a bit, leaving one with a somewhat bready malt, but rather easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a moderate carbonation. A slightly higher carbonation may have been better overall, but in the end the feel was decent.
Overall – A rather easy drinking and flavorful brew. A bit more on the malty side, but refreshing none the less.

On-draught @ Latchkey, Austin. Comped.
A biteen insipid with a slightly syrupy mouthfeel and a cheap 6-row malt backbone.
Drinkable albeit less than ideal.
