Hazy yellow color. Decent head which leaves wide streaks on the glass.
Present, but mild, Belgian yeast with the farmhouse nose. Light sweet fruitiness.
The flavor, while dryer, has a bit of berry fruit. The yeast is strongest but not dominating like most Saisons. The aftertaste has a touch of astringent with a dollop of hop bitterness.
