Crawford Schilling Beer Co. IPA American
The two "HBC" hops bring out dry, pithy tropical fruit tones, Galaxy enhances the tropical sweetness and fat fruity base. Papaya, grainy golden earth and a slippery slide of sweetness doubles-up. Light golden malt supports this unique hop effort.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color and has some whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruits and herbal hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and seems to have flavors of passion fruit and lychee along with notes of herbal hops, the latter of which are most noticeable towards the finish. The hops also contribute a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has an interesting contrast between tropical fruit and herbal hops along with a nice amount of crispness and bitterness.
