A - Super hazy, opaque body the color of the bottom of a can of pineapple juice. Light barely penetrates the edges of the glass. About two fingers of fluffy white head which quickly reduces to a thin cap and collar. Excellent lacing.

S - Distinctive nelson notes of white grape. Soft notes of peach. A touch of grass on the backend. Orange and lime, some crackery malt notes underlying.

T - Nelson dominates. Lime, peach, and white grape to start. Finish is strong with notes of white grape and a bit of grass. A bit of vegetal hop notes in the finish as well, but to be expected with a NE IPA this fresh. Bitterness is moderate.

M - A bit of prickly carbonation at the front of the tongue, but overall full bodied and creamy for the style. Finish is slightly bitter, but the juiciness carries through.

O - If you enjoy Neslon, you'll enjoy this beer. It's not as bright as Trillium's Stillings St., however the mouthfeel is exceptional.
