Modest head but it yields a lot of spots and streaks. Green-hued light gold color. Mild haze.
Clean, light malt aroma with a touch of sourness.
Starts like a pale ale with golden lightly toasted malt flavor and direct hop bitterness. The yeast flavors bring out the traditional farmhouse aspects. Highly carbonated with a neutral body. This would be a good introduction to the Saison style.
