[Original rating 2017-11-03] Draft at the brewpub. Don’t remember the details but this was a solid saison.

Picked up at the brewery, drinkin during Patriots and Bruins.
Pours a light fizzy head that fades almost instantly, slight hazy apple cider golden color.
Nose some sour tart notes, fruity tartness, a little stone fruit and tree fruit, little funky note, some malty sour mash notes, creamy lactic acid and lacto funk, touch of buttery oak and vinous white wine in the background.
Taste starts a bit sour and tart, more lacto acidic funk and creamy lactic acid, sour malt mash and a little gristy malt, maybe a bit of wheat and saison like spices but barely, some fruity esters and fruity funky sourness, little lemony appley sourness and maybe a touch of berry, plenty white wine vinous barrel with a little oak, fair acidity, flemmy funky finish.
Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy lacto funk and decent carb, fair tart and flemmy.
Overall not bad, wish the oak and wine was a bit more, tartness was nice, a bit flemmy, not much by way of saison, I would call this an American wild or sour not saison at all, there is really no saison in this, otherwise a decent beer.
