Decent fizzy head, little lacing, semi hazy golden colour

Nose loads of passion fruit, like passion fruit juice, little tart saison, touch grainy malt,

Taste semi sweet tons of passion fruit again, like the juice, little tart mild sour acidic, touch funky, little toasty malt, little flemmy finish

Mouth is med bod, decent fizzy carb, little flemmy acidity

Overall nice

 

Saison aged in on passionfruit juice in oak barrels for 6 months. I almost want to call this a wild more than a saison because it’s so tart. Saison characteristics get lost in the sour but it has a very nice passionfruit flavor.
