Cranberry honey, esp mead version, is one of the most unique and interesting honeys I've ever had, so this should be fun
Pours a light fizzy head that fades fairly quickly, a bit of lacing, very hazy straw blond color
Nose saison up front, big grassy grainy saison malt, plenty of esters with tree fruit, and mild phenol spices as well, saison funk notes, little bready, tart souring funk and lemony, then the back of the aroma, especially as I exhale through my nose, I get a raw honey with mild soft mead like aromas
Taste comes on very sour, tart lemony with big bright acetic acid, more saison bready malts, toasted malt notes, plenty of spices, phenol notes with more fruity esters, again tree fruits, lemon, touch of bubblegum, but this time fair amount of honey in the middle, raw honey flavors but a nice soft buttery creamy cranberry blossom mead in the center, that unique cranberry honey, like honey butter, a touch of acidity on the finish and not too flemmy, little bready, but long soft cranberry honey butter lingering
Mouth is med bod, a little soft, quite tart and acidic, not too flemmy, nice fizzy carb
Overall not bad, enjoyable, a little too sour overall to really enjoy the honey, but nice, and the honey is very obvious

Look: It pours a hazy and somewhat cloudy yellow orange with a white head that has moderate head retention.
Smell: High fruity esters with moderate spice in the aroma. There are some lemon notes with orange in the background. The spicy notes are low pepper. There is a bit of grainy sweetness in the nose as well.
Taste: It is highly sour up front with some fruit from ester that resemble lemons. The pepper taste is moderate with more spiciness in the background. There are low honey notes and some flowery notes. There is a sharpness in the taste with the flowery elements.
Feel: It has a moderate body with a heavy sourness throughout the finish. There is a bit of a flowery sharpness to it. It has a dry finish.
Overall: It has great aromas and some good flavors, but the finish is a bit sharp and pucking.
