Beautiful slightly hazy light straw color with nice streams of tiny carbonation. Head quickly settles to a film. Smell is a very nice delicate floral. Taste is moderately tart and light, with the note of the floral honey (Oregon carrot blossom from the label). Mouthfeel is refreshing but a bit thin. Overall, this is well done and an interesting brew, but is more tart than I would prefer (a little hard to drink after a while). Well worth trying though. Also I would say that it is a significant variation from the typical saisons due to the extra tartness and the honey flavoring.

Cool concept, carrot blossom honey sounds awesome. No date
Pours a small fizzy head with medium low retention, then disappears, crystal clear light pale light gold color
Nose tropical Springdale oak sour, good bacteria funk but smooth, some farmhouse almost but not quite cheesy funk, buttery oak and vinous white wine, light spices and mild fruity esters, little lemon, hint honey but don't really get carrot blossom but not surprised
Taste again typical Springdale sour which is good, tart mild funk, bacteria souring with little lactic acid maybe acetic, mild farmhouse funk and cheesy funk notes, not vinegary but big acidic bite, tons of buttery oak, light white wine, vinous, lemony, light stone fruit, hint of honey but again not really... Wait, I do think I get a hint of carrot, although maybe it's in my head. Drier sight flemmy finish, more acidity, tons of buttery oak, lemon lingering
Mouth is med bod, bright acidity little flemmy, light medium carb, little soft
Overall pretty nice, great base sour and barrel, interesting mild honey

Interesting saison with a prominent sour/wild character.
Smells of lactic bacteria, subtle white wine vinegar, and a floral earthy character.
Taste is bright sourness with sweet cracker malts, and an oaked chardonnay with a dry finish.
Overall a delightful beer, glad I picked it up!
