Orange-amber color, light haze. big bubbled pour that leaves no head whatsoever. No lace.
Mostly sour with a light sweet background, like tart cherries.
The body is thinner than expected but the carbonation is correspondingly low. Like the smell, it's predominately sour but the taste is devoid of the cherry. The beer is relatively dry, also in contrast to the smell. Short aftertaste.

Poured from an undated 500 ml bottle into the test glass.
A - Lightly weather copper color, excellent clarity. Carbonation is gentle, rising in orderly columns
S - Light notes of cheeries, tannin, toasted oak, hints of grainy wheat, and spicy pepper.
T - Follows the nose well, with a bit of fresh cranberry in there as well, touch of balsamic.
M - Nice acidity, with a tart start, then a sweet wave, followed by a nice dry finish
O - A good crack at the Flanders style, worth seeking out
